Welcome All were welcomed to the meeting.

Minutes from 12.12.2006 AGM

The minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and found to be incorrect.
Beth Atherinos was nominated as  treasurer in her absence at this meeting by Glenn Newton and this was seconded by Alan Gurney.  Not Glenn as treasurer.

Auditors  report : 12.12.2006
Reports for03/04 and 04/05 Although the minutes are correct that there were no issues of concern noted other than timely completion at the time.
The Auditor had sent through the profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
The full Auditors report showed complaints / concerns regarding deposits.

1. Coversheets on $100.00 boards, numbered $100.00 boards etc.
2. - Everything in the bank and then spent, not money from donations etc. being spent before being banked.

Treasurers Report   Treasurers report is attached.

Minutes moved by Kyra and seconded by Allison
Les Wilson now chaired the meeting.  All positions declared vacant.

 

President  Bill Rudderford nominated by Alan Gurney seconded by Rossco Bill accepted
Vice President  Allison Newton  nominated by Glenn Newton seconded Leeanne Crossland
Treasurer Kyre Hill nominated by Allison Newton seconded by Alan Gurney.
Secretary  Yvonne Tunney was nomintated in her absence she had said in phone conversation that she would accept if no one else was interested in taking up the position. Nominated Bill Rudderford seconded Allison Newton

Bill Rudderford and Les Wilson swapped seats again.
